HO Branch Settings
Use Head Office Branch Settings to publish settings with pre-configured values to your branches and subgroups.

Using the Head Office Drug Notes Manager you can add, edit and print preparation and pack notes. Active notes will be presented to your branch users during or after dispensing a prescription where applicable.
HO Restrictions
Restrictions determine which products - generics and/or brands - display during dispensing. Using Head Office Restrictions, you can apply restrictions and publish these directly to your branches.
Location Manager
Using the Location Manager you can add, edit and delete locations in your pharmacy, and access the Temperature Log where you can record the temperatures of all your temperature controlled locations.
MDS Manager
Use the MDS module to manage the medication of your nursing home and community patients. Once patients are added to a nursing home or as a community patient, an MDS tab will display in their patient record providing you with all the patient specific functionality you'll find in the MDS Manager.
NMS Manager
Provide extra support to your patients with long term conditions and improve medication adherence with our New Medicine Service (NMS) module. Initiate the NMS, edit consultations, print GP referrals and generate your quarterly claims reports.
Ordering
Using the Ordering module you can manage everything in the ordering process from your Order Pad to Restrictions, including Wholesalers, Goods In, logs, history and more.
Org. Management
Use Org. Management to manage your sites and users. Set and adjust opening hours, set custom dates/times for each site, reset passwords and assign your users to branches and more.
Own Drugs Manager
Before creating an own drug, ensure that an entry does not already exist in the picking list. You must ensure that you meet all legislative requirements related to possession, storage and supply of Schedule 1-4 CDs that are added. Note that clinical decision support will not be available for own drugs.
Patient CRM
The patient CRM (Customer Relationship Manager) is a complete patient-centric solution providing you with a location to store all your patient's demographic details, repeat medication, appointments and services and more. Within a patient's CRM you can utilise our quick dispensing solution, log and send communications and access various external tools such as the patient's Summary Care Record (SCR) and EPS Tracker.

The Responsible Pharmacist module allows you to sign in and out as the Responsible Pharmacist, record absences and more. In this module, you can print Responsible Pharmacist certificates, absence notices and access Attendance Register reports.
RMS Manager
Use the Repeat Management Solution (RMS) module to manage your prescription requests for your patients. From creating and editing requests, setting reminders to seamlessly running and printing detailed request reports.
