Head Office Drug Notes videos
Using the Head Office Drug Notes Manager you can add, edit and print preparation and pack notes. Active notes will be presented to your branch users during or after dispensing a prescription where applicable.
You can use the table of contents to jump to the specific video you need. You can find more videos for all the processes you can complete in the Head Office Drug Notes module within each article, found in the left-navigation content tree.

Adding preparation notes
Preparation notes will display during dispensing in either a normal or critical prompt.
Editing preparation notes
Once you've created a preparation note, you can edit it at any time.
Deleting preparation notes
If your preparation notes are no longer required you are able to mark the preparation notes as deleted.
Publishing preparation notes
Once you've created your preparation notes, you can publish these to your branches or subgroups.

Adding pack notes
Pack notes can be configured to simply display during dispensing or to force/prompt a price endorsement.
Editing pack notes
Once you've created a pack note, you can edit it at any time.
Deleting pack notes
If your pack notes are no longer required, you are able to mark pack notes as deleted.
Publishing pack notes
Once you've created your pack notes, you can publish these to your branches or subgroups.
