2. What information is displayed in the Medication History tree view in the patient CRM?

For each dispensed item (determined after an item has been picked), you'll see a handful of details within the Medication History tree view. We've broken this down line-by-line below:

  • On the first line, you'll find a description of the prescribed item (name, strength, formulation etc.), the date it was dispensed, and the branch name/ID of where this item was last dispensed.
  • On the second line, you'll find the date/time the item was dispensed, the quantity prescribed and dosage instructions, and the branch name/ID of where this item was last dispensed.
  • After the item has been stored or handed out, a third line will display. This line displays the quantity dispensed, details of the dispensed item (dispensed product choice, pack size, supplier/manufacturer) and the date/time the item was given/dispensed.
    • If any edits have been made to the prescription, the details of the edits made will display within this third line alongside a Prescription Edited caption including the date/time the record was amended, the edit reason selected, the specific amendments made to the prescribed/dispensed quantity and any additional notes that may have been recorded by the user who made the edits.

Please see our FAQ regarding tree view badges to learn about each badge in the Medication History.

An External PMR may be visible within the patient's Medication History when data has been imported from another PMR supplier. The information you will find in the External PMR has been broken down below, line-by-line:

  • On the first line, you'll find a description of the prescribed item (name, strength, formulation etc.) and the date it was dispensed.

It is important to note that this record is read-only. You will be unable to edit or view prescriptions, view or reprint labels or interact with items such as marking them as STOPPED. The External PMR is for informational purposes only.
