At Apotec Ltd we are committed to delivering regular updates and enhancements to our services to ensure that our customers receive the best experience possible. To minimise disruption to your operations, we have established regular release windows for deploying updates.
During these release windows, our team will be working diligently to implement improvements and new features. While updates are being deployed, we aim to keep any potential service interruptions to a minimum.

- New: New features and functionality, updates and enhancements.
- Fix: Fixes and performance improvements.

To ensure minimal disruption to your service, updates will be deployed during the following window:
- Schedule: Sunday to Thursday
- Time: 19:00 to 05:00 (UTC)
During this time, firmware updates, which may include performance improvements, security patches, and other critical updates, will be applied. These updates are scheduled outside of regular business hours to enhance device functionality while reducing any potential impact on service.
Apotec Insights
- Day: Monday to Sunday
- Time: Flexible (Collaborative with affected customers)
New and updated dashboards will be released throughout the week in collaboration with affected customers. If any changes are required, we will provide 5 working days’ notice where possible.

- Minimal downtime: We understand the importance of uninterrupted service and strive to ensure that any downtime during release windows is kept to a minimum.
- Continuous improvement: Our regular releases are part of our ongoing commitment to improving our services and providing you with the latest features and enhancements.
- Feedback welcomed: Your feedback is invaluable to us. If you have any questions or encounter any issues during or after an update, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team.
- Advanced notice for significant updates: If a release is likely to have a more significant impact, either functionally or in terms of downtime, we will send you a communication at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled release. This ensures that you are informed and prepared for any potential changes.
