Leaving and returning to the pharmacy

Record when you leave, print a staff notice and then log when you return to the pharmacy.

Printing functionality coming soon.

Recording a leave of absence

  1. To begin, from the Apotec CRM main screen select the Responsible Pharmacist text in the top right corner to open the Responsible Pharmacist module.
  2. Locate your name from the list available and then select the Absence Leave icon from the Actions column. The Leave Pharmacy window displays. By default, this window will load displaying the current system time. This can be adjusted to an earlier time where necessary.
Note

You will be unable to amend the Leave Time field to a time in the future.

Note

You will be prompted to select a printer if you do not have printers configured in your application settings. Learn how to configure printers by following our Configuring printers and label reports article.

  1. Confirm/edit the time you are leaving the pharmacy and select the [Print Staff Notice - F8] button to print your staff notice.
  2. Once complete select [Save - F10] to return to the Responsible Pharmacist module where an Absent badge displays adjacent to your name.

Recording an absence return

  1. To begin, from the Apotec CRM main screen select the Responsible Pharmacist text in the top right corner to open the Responsible Pharmacist module.

  1. Locate your name from the list available and then select the Absence Return icon from the Actions column. The Return From Absence window displays. By default, this window will load displaying the current system time. This can be adjusted to an earlier time where necessary.
Note

You will be unable to amend the Time field to a time in the future.

  1. Select the [Save - F10] button to confirm and return to the Responsible Pharmacist module where the Absent badge no longer displays alongside your name.
