Viewing pack notes publish history

You can view the details of all your published pack notes including their publish Status and Date, and republish or restore pack notes from with the Publish History - Pack Note window.

1. To begin, open the Head Office Drug Notes Manager by selecting the Head Office dropdown menu from the left-nav and the Drug Notes menu item. Select the Pack Note tab.

2. Select the [Publish History - F5] button. The Publish History - Pack Note window displays.

3. From here, you can perform the following actions using the fields below:

Field	Action
Date filters	Refine the grid using a defined Period or a custom date range.
[Restore - F10]	Restore previously published pack notes by selecting the adjacent tick box and using the [Restore - F10] button.
[Republish - F9]	Republish Failed pack notes by selecting the adjacent tick box and using the [Republish - F9] button.

Warning

Restoring previously published pack notes will clear all the existing pack notes. Take extra caution when using this feature.
