Deleting and restoring branch settings templates

You are able to delete branch settings templates when they're no longer needed, and restore them should they ever be needed again.

Deleting a branch settings templates

1. To begin, open Head Office Branch Settings by selecting the Head Office dropdown menu from the left-nav and the Branch Settings menu item.

2. Select the [Manage Templates - F2] button. The Manage Settings Templates window displays.

3. Locate the template you want to delete and select the adjacent Edit icon found in the Actions column. The Edit Settings Template window displays.

4. Toggle the Deleted switch to Yes to mark the template as deleted.

5. Select the [Save - F10] button to save your changes and return to the Manage Settings Templates where your deleted template has been removed.

Restoring a branch settings templates

1. To begin, open Head Office Branch Settings by selecting the Head Office dropdown menu from the left-nav and the Branch Settings menu item.
2. Select the [Manage Templates - F2] button.
3. The Manage Settings Templates window displays. Toggle the Show Deleted switch to Yes.

4. Locate the Deleted template you want to restore and select the adjacent Edit icon found in the Actions column. The Edit Settings Template window displays.

4. Toggle the Deleted switch to No to restore the template.

5. Select the [Save - F10] button to save your changes and return to the Manage Settings Templates window where your deleted template has been restored.
