Copying items and orders to the Order Pad from Order History

You are able to copy specific items or entire orders to the Order Pad. Using the tick boxes on the left and right panels of the Order History tab, you can copy multiple orders or items to the Order Pad at the same time. Both methods have been described in this article, you can use the contents to navigate between the step-by-step process for each.

Copying items​

  1. To begin, open the Order History by selecting Ordering from the left-nav and the Order History tab.

  1. Locate and select the order(s) that contains the item(s) you want to copy to the Order Pad using the tick boxes. All the items associated with the selected order(s) are displayed on the right panel.

  1. Select the specific item(s) you want to move to the Order Pad using the tick boxes in the right panel.

  1. Select the [Copy Item(s) to Order Pad - F3] button. A Copy Items(s) to Order Pad prompt displays.

  1. Select the [Yes - F10] button. Your item(s) are copied to the Order Pad.

Copying orders​

  1. To begin, open the Order History by selecting Ordering from the left-nav and the Order History tab.
  2. Locate and select the order(s) that you want to copy to the Order Pad using the tick boxes. All the items associated with the selected order(s) are displayed on the right panel.
  3. Select the [Copy to Order Pad - F2] button. A Copy Order(s) to Order Pad prompt displays.

  1. Select the [Yes - F10] button. Your orders(s) are copied to the Order Pad.
