Re-transmitting an order from the Outbox

You are able to re-transmit Failed orders. By re-transmitting an order, an attempt will be made to resend the order using the same order reference number.

Note

We recommend contacting the wholesaler to confirm if they have received your order before attempting to re-transmit the order.

  1. To begin, open the Outbox by selecting Ordering from the left-nav and the Outbox tab.

  1. Locate and select the Failed order you want to retransmit using the tick boxes.

  1. Select the [Re-Transmit - F1] button. The order is re-transmitted.
