Resending invites
If an invite link has expired, you are able to resend another.
Note
The Resend Invitation icon will only be displayed in the Actions column if a new user has been created but hasn't yet activated their account.
- To begin, open the Users tab in Org. Management by selecting Org. Management from the left-nav and the Users tab.
- Locate the required user and select the adjacent
Resend Invitation. An email will be sent to the user, prompting them to create a new user account.

If an email address has been entered incorrectly, you can adjust the recipient email via the Edit User window before resending the invitation link. See our Editing user details article to learn more about editing/updating user details within your organisation.
