Searching for patients

You can search for patients from any module within Apotec CRM by typing the patient's surname into the Search bar and pressing [Enter] on the keyboard. If you are part of a multi-branched organisation, you can also search for patients across your organisation.

  1. To begin, from any module within Apotec CRM, type the patient's surname into the Search bar and press [Enter] on the keyboard.

Patient Search Organisation

Tip

Toggle the Search organisation switch to Yes to search for patients across your organisation. The Star icon on the patient search widget indicates a patient from another site. Hovering over this icon will provide you with the site details in a tooltip.

Tip

Toggle the Show Delete switch to Yes to include patients marked as Deleted in the search results. Deleted patients will display a Deleted badge.

Note

All MDS patients will be displayed with an MDS badge.

  1. To access the patient's record, you can:
    • Highlight the patient in the search results to display their patient preview
    • Highlight the patient in the search results and select the [View Patient - F3] button to open their full CRM
