Dashboard reporting

Use the Dashboard to view a snapshot of reporting widgets to help you with your daily workload.

Dashboard widgets

A description of the widgets you will find on the Dashboard can be found below.

Widget	Description
Emergency Supplies	You will see two totals in this widget: Emergency supplies requiring redemption: The total of all emergency supplies that have not yet been redeemed. This includes ES prescriber UK request, ES prescriber EEA/Swiss request, ES Fax/Email and ES Script to follow script types. Once an item has been fully redeemed, it will be deducted from the count. Prescriber requests older than 72 hours: The total of all emergency supplies on ES Prescriber UK request, ES prescriber EEA/Swiss request and ES Fax/Email script types that have not yet been redeemed and where 3 days (72 hours) has elapsed since the request was originally made.
Unsubmitted Claims	Displays a count of prescriptions that have not yet been claimed where the dispense notification (DN) has been sent. This is split into To Be Claimed and Claim Expired totals.
