Logging in and out of Apotec CRM
Once you have accepted your invitation to join Apotec CRM and the organisation/branch you will be working at, you will be able to log in to access all the features and functionality of Apotec CRM.
We recommend using Apotec CRM on a Chrome browser for the best experience but we also support Firefox and Edge.
Logging in to Apotec CRM
Before you are able to use Apotec CRM you must sign in.
If you have access to multiple sites and are accessing Apotec CRM from outside the pharmacy, you will be presented with an option to select the site you wish to log in to after you have entered your username and password.
- To begin, open Apotec CRM in the browser. The Apotec CRM Sign In page displays.
- Enter your Username and Password in the required fields.
- Select the [Login] button. Apotec CRM opens.
If there is no Responsible Pharmacist signed in, and you have a Pharmacist role, you will be prompted to sign in as the Responsible Pharmacist after logging in.
Logging out of Apotec CRM
When you leave the terminal you can log out of Apotec CRM.
- To begin, from any module within Apotec CRM, select your profile icon/initials in the top right corner of the top nav.
- Select the Sign Out menu item. You are logged out and returned to the Apotec CRM Sign In page.
