Location Manager
Using the Location Manager you can add, edit and delete locations in your pharmacy, and access the Temperature Log where you can record the temperatures of all your temperature controlled locations.
To access the Location Manager, select the Management dropdown menu from the left-nav and the Location Manager menu item.

Get to know the Location Manager
Using the Location Manager you can add, edit and delete locations in your pharmacy, and access the Temperature Log where you can record the temperatures of all your temperature controlled locations.

Adding temperatures
Once you’ve created your temperature controlled locations, you are able to record the Min, Max and Actual temperatures in the Temperature Log.
Editing temperatures
You are able to edit your recorded temperature logs.
Marking locations as broken and fixed
You can mark your temperature controlled locations as broken within the Temperature Log, and mark them as fixed once they're working again.
Printing temperature logs
You can print a monthly or detailed temperature log report from within the Temperature Log.
Completing the Temperature Log prompt
By default, Apotec CRM will prompt you to record temperatures for all your temperature controlled locations.
