Printing patient notes

Learn how to print patient notes to a label during dispensing.

Note

You will be prompted to select a printer if you do not have printers configured in your application settings. Learn how to configure printers by following our Configuring printers and label reports article.

Printing patient notes from the Dispensing Wizard​

  1. To begin, open the Dispensing Wizard to process an EPS or manual prescription for a patient.

  1. Select the Print button in the Notes section. The Print Patient Note prompt displays.

This button will be disabled if no notes are available.

  1. From here, you can choose from the following options:
    • Select the [Warning Notes - F8] button to print the warning note(s) only
    • Select the [Standard Notes - F9] button to print the standard note(s) only
    • Select the [Both Notes - F10] button to print both the warning and standard notes
    • Select the [None - Esc] button to cancel and close the prompt.
Tip

If required, you can preview your label(s) by selecting [Export to PDF] when prompted to select a printer.
